TERMS OF SERVICE
In order to participate in the digital experiences provided by “Teleport Services,” I have read
and accept the following terms:
Due to the digital, three-dimensional, and realistic nature of the experiences I will be
participating in, depending on the theme and storyline, they may be frightening or/and
intensely emotional. For individuals under the age of 10, please contact us.
Additionally, I acknowledge that the digital experiences may contain:
•             Intense sound effects.
•             Scary characters and environments.
•             Challenging digital passages that may cause acrophobia, claustrophobia, dizziness,
etc.
•             Intense digital activity and, therefore, are not suitable for individuals with epilepsy,
heart problems, etc.
Furthermore, I am aware that I will be using branded technological equipment.
I responsibly declare that my team and I are in a fully healthy physical, mental, and
emotional state, do not suffer from heart, claustrophobic, or epileptic issues, and have not
consumed alcohol or psychoactive or narcotic substances prior to our participation in the
digital experiences of “Teleport Services.” Additionally, I declare that I will use the
aforementioned equipment responsibly and, in the event of serious damage caused by me, I
will assume any potential need for repair or replacement.
“Teleport Services” has taken all safety and protection measures for the participants.
However, I explicitly and unreservedly declare, taking responsibility also for the other
members of my team, that I am over 16 years old and am obligated to inform the other
members of the team who will participate with me in the digital experiences of “Teleport
Services” about the above.
Moreover, I responsibly declare that under no circumstances will I or my relatives turn
against or make any claims against the organizers or the staff members in the event of
material, physical, or moral harm due to our participation in these games, as the organizers,
despite their utmost diligence, cannot prevent any minor accidents during our stay at the
“Teleport Services” premises.
