Cancellation & Refund

To cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to info@homfy.gr.

In case you have already proceeded with the payment of your order, then we will immediately refund you the corresponding monetary value, in the same way you made your transaction (IRIS, bank account deposit).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booking date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 to 71 hours before the booking date will receive a 30% refund.
  • Tour Operator Cancellations: If the tour is canceled by us, no commission will be kept.

Rejection of a Booking

Homfy reserves the right to reject orders for a booking made by a customer if the latter has violated the terms of use of the website. Customers are obliged to comply with Greek legislation pertaining to passports, the issuance of visas, health regulations, etc. Customers may contact Homfy to request any relevant information.
