11:30-13:30Â Thematic tour at a winery and vineyards in the area. You will have the opportunity to see the stages of grape harvesting and wine production up close. You will explore the vineyards and the wine processing facilities with an experienced guide, an expert in winemaking. After the tour, there will be time to sample local wine varieties accompanied by a platter of suitable snacks. Following this, you will visit an olive mill where you will learn about the olive harvesting process and the intermediate stages of olive oil production, guided by a local expert. The precious golden liquid of antiquity will be highlighted at the end, where you will have the chance to taste it alongside a platter of delicacies that will enhance its flavor.
